For accounting firms

Digital marketing for accountants who want the next ten clients to arrive on a schedule Built as infrastructure.

Most practices grow on referrals, which means the pipeline moves at other people's timing rather than yours. We build the acquisition and onboarding system that sits underneath the practice, so enquiries arrive weekly and new clients set themselves up. Accounting and CPA firms only, which is why the frameworks arrive already fitted to how a practice runs.

  • A niche chosen from registry data and search volume, not guesswork.
  • Search and paid acquisition pointed at the work you actually want.
  • Enquiries screened automatically so your calendar carries qualified opportunities only.
  • Onboarding handled by workflow, so growth adds no admin headcount.

Fixed monthly arrangement with no long-term contract. If the system stops earning its place in the practice, you stop.

Sound familiar?

Where is your next client actually coming from?

A practice of 2 to 20 staff can usually name the last five clients and the person who introduced each one. What it cannot do is say how many enquiries next month will bring, or from where. That gap widens as the firm grows, because the partners generating the referrals are the same people delivering the work, and delivery always wins.

  • Growth depends on referrals, so the pipeline moves with other people's timing rather than yours.
  • A website that describes your services accurately and converts almost none of the traffic reaching it.
  • Every new client arrives as an email chain, and each one adds hours of manual setup.

What a system looks like

The same firm, with a defined position, two acquisition channels feeding one measured pipeline, and an onboarding workflow that runs without a partner rekeying anything. You know what enquiries cost, which channel produced them, and how many turned into fee income. Growth becomes a number you adjust rather than a season you wait for.

  • One niche selected from registry and search data, so demand is confirmed before you commit.
  • Search and paid channels feeding a single measured pipeline instead of three disconnected efforts.
  • Enquiries qualified automatically, so your calendar only carries opportunities worth an hour of partner time.
  • Onboarding running on workflow inside your existing practice software, with no additional admin load.

How accounting firms describe the work

Two reviews from Trustpilot, published in full. Both are practices that came in referral-dependent and left with a pipeline they could measure.

★★★★★

We've been genuinely impressed with Fiscal Flow. As an accountancy practice, we wanted a partner who understood our sector, and they've delivered on that from day one. What stands out most is how responsive and proactive the team is. Queries are dealt with quickly, and they regularly come to us with suggestions and improvements before we've even thought to ask. That kind of forward-thinking support is rare and makes a real difference to a busy practice. The service itself has been excellent throughout, and we're very happy with the results. Highly recommended to any accounting firm looking for a marketing partner who actually delivers.

I cannot recommend Will at Fiscal Flow highly enough. From start to finish, the experience has been seamless. Will is an absolute standout when it comes to communication. He is responsive, proactive, and genuinely invested in the success of the project. I never felt left in the dark; he kept me updated at every stage and was always available to answer questions with clarity and patience. The app and website interface are incredibly intuitive and easy to use. Transitioning to a new system can be daunting, but the instructional videos provided are top-tier—short, clear, and they make the learning curve practically non-existent. The website Will created for me is, quite frankly, absolutely phenomenal. It looks professional, runs fast, and perfectly captures my brand. Furthermore, the Lead Connector is a game-changer. It is remarkably simple to use and is already generating high-quality traffic and leads for my business. If you're looking for someone who delivers high-end results with a stress-free process, look no further than Will. Five stars all the way!

What gets built

Three parts, one connected system

Each part is built to be measured. You see what produced each enquiry and what happened to it afterwards.

01

A site that converts search

Your site gets rebuilt around the searches your buyers actually run, with a page for each service and each niche you serve. You can see which pages produce enquiries, which only produce reading time, and where the next page should go.

Compounds monthly
02

Paid demand you can meter

Meta and Google campaigns run against the niche the data selected, with spend measured against booked calls rather than clicks. Volume moves up or down with your delivery capacity, so you are never selling work the team cannot take on.

Adjusts with capacity
03

Onboarding without the admin

Proposal, engagement letter, identity checks and data collection run as one workflow connected to the practice software you already use. A new client moves from signed to set up without a partner rekeying details into three systems.

Site Live, Traffic Up Since Launch

“We couldn't be happier with the work Fiscal Flow has done for us. The website looks incredible, feels modern and professional, and has exceeded our expectations. Since going live, we've already noticed an increase in traffic, and the early signs are very encouraging. The team has been responsive, knowledgeable, and easy to work with throughout the process. We have high hopes for what this will achieve, and based on the results so far, we're confident we're moving in the right direction. Excellent service and highly recommended.”

Sceptical At First, Now Adding Clients

“Will has been great since day 1 - clearly explaining his services, how the software works etc. and has responded quickly to any queries I have had. Since starting with Fiscal Flow last year, we have now seen a few clients added to our portfolio, with one of them being £250 + VAT per month, producing a great ROI. We haven't used any real advertising methods/software before (other than google ads) so i was sceptical - but really happy with how things have been going. I have now signed up for the CRM software/SEO side of things with Will and look forward to how this goes!”

Why firms choose this

Built for practices, not for everyone

Three things that separate this from a general marketing agency taking on an accountancy client for the first time.

📊

Niche chosen from registry data

We cross national business registry records with Google search volume to find sectors with genuine demand and thin competition in your area. You see the reasoning and the numbers before anything gets built, so the positioning decision is one you can check rather than accept.

🧭

We only work with accounting firms

Every system here has been implemented inside practices, so nobody needs an explanation of engagement letters, AML checks, or why launching anything in January is a poor idea. The build starts from how your practice already operates rather than from a generic template.

🗂️

Acquisition and onboarding in one build

Most marketing work stops at the enquiry. Ours continues through qualification, proposal and client setup, because a firm that doubles enquiries without fixing onboarding has simply bought itself an admin problem it now has to staff.

The process

How the build runs

Four stages from first conversation to a system your team runs day to day. Most firms are live within weeks rather than months.

01

Qualification and data review

You answer a short set of questions about the practice, current enquiry volume and capacity. We pull registry and search data for your area and tell you plainly whether there is enough demand to build against.

02

Positioning and system design

We agree the niche, the services to lead with, and the channels that fit your capacity. You get the plan in writing, including what gets built first, what gets measured, and what the team needs to do.

03

Build and launch

Site architecture, landing pages, campaigns, CRM and onboarding workflows are built and connected to your existing practice software. Your team is trained on the parts they touch, with short recorded walkthroughs to refer back to.

04

Measure and expand

Enquiries, calls booked and clients signed are reported monthly against spend. When a channel proves itself, it gets more room. When it does not, we say so and move the budget somewhere it works.

Common questions

What firms ask before starting

A fixed monthly fee covering the system build and its ongoing management: positioning, site and landing pages, campaign management, CRM automation and onboarding workflows. Paid media spend sits separately and goes directly to Google or Meta. Figures depend on which parts you need, so you get them on the call rather than from a page.
Sometimes. If the existing site loads well and the content is sound, we rebuild the architecture and conversion paths around it rather than starting again. If it was built for appearance rather than enquiries, replacing it is usually faster and cheaper than patching it. We tell you which applies after reviewing it.
No. The CRM and onboarding workflows are built to connect to what you already run, whether that is Xero, QuickBooks, or a practice management tool your team knows. The aim is fewer systems in daily use, so we integrate rather than ask anyone to migrate mid-year.
No long-term contract. The arrangement runs monthly, and you can end it with notice. Reporting is shared monthly so you can see enquiry volume, cost per booked call and clients signed. If those numbers do not justify the spend after a fair run, ending it should be an easy decision.
