Meta Ads for Accountants

Meta ads for accounting firms

A steady flow of enquiries, screened before they reach you

Most firms try Meta by boosting a post, collect a few price shoppers and stop. Paid acquisition holds up when the offer, the targeting and the follow-up are built as one system. We work only with accounting and CPA firms, target using registry and search data, and build the CRM follow-up before any budget goes live.

  • Enquiries land in a CRM that replies in minutes, not on Friday
  • Ad spend reported against booked calls and signed clients, tracked back to the ad
  • Offers written around one niche, so the first question is rarely price
  • Ad account, creative and automations stay in your name from day one

Fixed monthly, no long-term contract. If the numbers do not justify continuing after the testing window, you keep the ad account, the creative and the CRM build.

Sound familiar?

Boosted a post, got tyre kickers, stopped?

Meta rewards firms that can answer quickly and say something specific. Most practices are set up to do neither, so the enquiries that do arrive go cold in a Facebook inbox while the partner is in a client meeting. The spend then gets judged on impressions, which tells you almost nothing about whether it worked.

  • Ad enquiries sitting in a Facebook inbox nobody checks until the end of the week
  • Leads asking for a monthly figure before they understand what you actually do
  • Reporting full of reach and clicks, with no line back to signed clients

What a working ad system looks like

The ads are one component. The value sits in what happens in the ten minutes after someone fills the form, and in whether you can trace a signed client back to the campaign that produced them.

  • Every enquiry lands in a CRM and gets an automated reply within minutes
  • Ads sold on one niche and one outcome, so conversations start on scope
  • Reporting runs to booked calls and new clients, attributed to the campaign
  • Fixed monthly, no long-term contract, and the ad account stays yours

Paid ads, measured in clients

Two reviews from firms who came to paid acquisition with no advertising history beyond Google Ads, and stayed with it once the follow-up was built.

Will has been great since day 1 - clearly explaining his services, how the software works etc. and has responded quickly to any queries I have had. Since starting with Fiscal Flow last year, we have now seen a few clients added to our portfolio, with one of them being £250 + VAT per month, producing a great ROI. We haven't used any real advertising methods/software before (other than google ads) so i was sceptical - but really happy with how things have been going. I have now signed up for the CRM software/SEO side of things with Will and look forward to how this goes!

What you get

Three parts, built in order

Nothing goes live until the offer is decided and the follow-up exists. Running traffic into an unanswered inbox is the fastest way to waste a budget.

01

A niche offer worth clicking

Your ads speak to one type of business about one problem, which is why the enquiries arrive already half sold. We use national business registry data and search volume to identify which niches in your area have demand and thin competition. The creative and landing page are then written for that audience only.

Positioning
02

Campaigns built to be tested

You see which audience, creative and offer combination produces booked calls, rather than a monthly summary of impressions. Campaigns run through your own Meta ad account with conversion tracking installed properly before launch. Testing is structured, so a poor week has an explanation attached to it.

Paid acquisition
03

Follow-up that runs itself

Enquiries get an immediate reply, a booking link and a reminder sequence, without anyone in the practice watching a notification. An AI qualification layer screens the form responses so obvious mismatches never reach your calendar. Annabel uses the same setup, which is why her diary only carries opportunities worth the hour.

Proactive Suggestions Before The Firm Asked

“We've been genuinely impressed with Fiscal Flow. As an accountancy practice, we wanted a partner who understood our sector, and they've delivered on that from day one. What stands out most is how responsive and proactive the team is. Queries are dealt with quickly, and they regularly come to us with suggestions and improvements before we've even thought to ask. That kind of forward-thinking support is rare and makes a real difference to a busy practice. The service itself has been excellent throughout, and we're very happy with the results. Highly recommended to any accounting firm looking for a marketing partner who actually delivers.”

Lead System Already Producing Qualified Traffic

“I cannot recommend Will at Fiscal Flow highly enough. From start to finish, the experience has been seamless. Will is an absolute standout when it comes to communication. He is responsive, proactive, and genuinely invested in the success of the project. I never felt left in the dark; he kept me updated at every stage and was always available to answer questions with clarity and patience. The app and website interface are incredibly intuitive and easy to use. Transitioning to a new system can be daunting, but the instructional videos provided are top-tier—short, clear, and they make the learning curve practically non-existent. The website Will created for me is, quite frankly, absolutely phenomenal. It looks professional, runs fast, and perfectly captures my brand. Furthermore, the Lead Connector is a game-changer. It is remarkably simple to use and is already generating high-quality traffic and leads for my business. If you're looking for someone who delivers high-end results with a stress-free process, look no further than Will. Five stars all the way!”

Persistent Marketing With Long Term Results

“Great persistent marketing with good long term results.”

Why this rather than a general agency

Built for practices, not for everyone

Most agencies run accountancy campaigns the same way they run gyms and dentists. The offer changes, the structure does not, and the numbers show it.

🎯

Targeting from registry data

Your ads reach business owners in sectors that already generate demand, which keeps cost per booked call sensible. We pull national business registry data alongside Google search volume to work out which niches are worth the budget before anything is written. Chris's outbound engine runs on the same data set and produces thirty to fifty cold leads a month.

🧾

One sector, forty plus firms

You skip the education phase, because we already know what a fee proposal looks like, how long a switchover takes and why January is a bad month to launch. Every campaign we run is for an accounting or CPA firm. Patterns from one build inform the next.

📊

Numbers you would sign off

Reporting shows enquiries, booked calls, no-shows and signed clients against spend, so you can judge the channel on the same basis you judge anything else. Modelled projections are labelled as modelled. If a month underperforms, you get the reason rather than a chart.

Getting started

Live in four steps

Most of the work sits with us. Your input is a short call, a decision on the niche and access to the accounts you already own.

1

Qualification and fit check

You answer six questions about the firm, capacity and where clients currently come from. If Meta is the wrong first channel, we say so and tell you which one to build instead.

2

Niche and offer decision

We bring the registry and search data, you bring the view on which work you actually want more of. One call settles the niche, the offer and the message the ads will carry.

3

Build and launch

Campaigns, landing page, tracking, CRM pipeline and follow-up sequences are built on our side. You review the creative once and grant account access. Testing starts from there.

4

Enquiries arrive already screened

Forms come in, get answered automatically and appear in your calendar with the context attached. Your involvement returns to what it should be, which is deciding whether to take the client on.

“We couldn't be happier with the work Fiscal Flow has done for us. The website looks incredible, feels modern and professional, and has exceeded our expectations. Since going live, we've already noticed an increase in traffic, and the early signs are very encouraging. The team has been responsive, knowledgeable, and easy to work with throughout the process. We have high hopes for what this will achieve, and based on the results so far, we're confident we're moving in the right direction. Excellent service and highly recommended.”

An honest filter

Not worth it if

Paid acquisition amplifies whatever your practice already does with enquiries, including the parts that do not work.

  • Nobody in the firm can hold a first call within two working days of an enquiry
  • You want to advertise general accountancy to every business in the county
  • You need new clients this week and cannot fund a testing period first
  • You are at capacity and would turn away the work the ads produce

If capacity is the blocker, the onboarding and automation side is usually the better first build, and we will point you there. Come back to paid acquisition once you have room to take clients on.

Questions

Fair questions before you book

Do Meta ads actually work for accountancy practices?+

They work when the offer is narrow and the follow-up is instant, and they fail when neither is true. Business owners are on Facebook and Instagram, but they are not searching for an accountant at that moment, so the ad has to create the reason. That is why we build around a specific niche and a specific problem rather than general practice services.

What happens after I complete the qualification quiz?+

You get a straight read on whether Meta is the right channel to build first for your firm, based on your size, capacity and current lead sources. If it is, we book a call with Will to go through the niche data. If it is not, we tell you which channel would produce more for the same budget.

We are a small practice with no advertising history. Is that a problem?+

Most firms we work with have between 2 and 20 staff and have never run paid campaigns beyond a Google Ads account someone set up years ago. Kieran at Swift started from that position and was sceptical about it. Starting from zero is simpler than untangling an account that has been running badly for two years.

Am I tied into a contract?+

Pricing is fixed monthly with no long-term contract. Campaigns run inside your own Meta ad account and the CRM, creative and landing pages are built in your name, so if you stop, you keep the infrastructure. Ad budget is paid directly to Meta by you and is separate from our fee.

Who writes the ads and produces the creative?+

We do, drawing on campaigns already running for other accounting firms, so you are not starting from a blank page. You review before anything goes live and can veto anything that misrepresents the practice. Where video helps, we will give you a short brief rather than asking you to work out what to film.

How does this sit alongside SEO?+

Meta produces enquiries within weeks and stops when the budget stops. Search compounds slowly and keeps producing once it ranks. Most firms run paid first to generate cash flow and data on which niche converts, then feed that into the SEO architecture rather than guessing at keywords.
