Learn More Practice Marketing System

The whole route from stranger to signed client, built and run as one system for your practice

Ads, SEO, a website, follow-up and a CRM each do one job. Bought separately they leak between the gaps. Here is how the Practice Marketing System joins them up, and what it takes off your plate.

Why the last thing you tried stalled

A firm buys a website. It looks good, and the enquiries go to an inbox nobody checks until Thursday. Another firm runs ads. The clicks arrive, land on a page that asks for nothing, and leave. A third pays for SEO, ranks for the wrong searches, and gets calls from people who want a free chat about their tax return.

None of those tactics failed on their own terms. The website got built, the ads got clicks, the rankings went up. They stalled because the step after them didn't exist. A client arrives at the end of a chain, and a chain with a missing link produces nothing, however good the other links are.

Six parts, each one feeding the next

This is the order a prospect travels through. We build all six, then run and improve them for you. Under each one is what happens when a firm skips it.

1

Position

We work out which client types and niches near you have demand and thin competition, then settle what your practice says and to whom.

Skipped: you market to everyone and attract the clients you least want.

2

Attract

Local SEO, a website built to convert, Meta ads written and run for you, and outbound where it fits. Whatever brings those people to you.

Skipped: growth depends on referrals, so it happens when it happens.

3

Capture

Forms, booking pages and enquiry routes that turn attention into a recorded enquiry rather than a visit you never hear about.

Skipped: traffic looks healthy on a dashboard and nobody ever gets in touch.

4

Qualify

Every enquiry is qualified by AI against your fee floor and the work you take on. Good fits move forward. The rest are logged and warmed up.

Skipped: you spend your afternoons on free consultations that go nowhere.

5

Convert

Follow-up emails that run themselves, appointments booked into your calendar, and an intake consultant who takes the first call and sends the proposal.

Skipped: a good enquiry waits a week for a reply and signs with whoever answered first.

6

Improve

A CRM that shows where every lead stands, a monthly review against the targets we agreed, and constant tuning towards the clients you actually want.

Skipped: you can't tell which channel is working, so you can't fix the one that isn't.

What we run

Every week, without being asked
  • The positioning, the website, the local SEO and the ad campaigns
  • Qualification of every enquiry and the follow-up sequences behind it
  • The first call with each prospect, the fee quote, the proposal and the engagement letter
  • The CRM, the reporting and the monthly review with you
  • All the software, included, with nothing separate to license

What you do

An hour or two a week, at most
  • Turn up to the appointments the system books, or move them within two working days
  • Sign off copy within three working days, or we proceed as approved
  • Tell us what happened after each appointment so the CRM stays true
  • One review meeting a month
  • Sign the engagement letters

Questions firms ask at this point
Not from us under this arrangement, and the reason is the whole point of this page. We're paid mainly on the clients that sign, so we need the step after the ads to exist. If we ran your ads and your inbox went unanswered, we'd have spent your money and earned nothing. We build the six parts as one system and take responsibility for the result of the system, not for a list of services.
Only if they're in the way. If the site converts and the CRM records what it needs to, we build around them. In practice most firms' sites have no capture step and most CRMs hold contacts rather than pipeline, so we usually rebuild those two parts. Everything we build belongs to you from the day it's created, so you're never worse off for it.
The build takes two to four weeks, and we expect you to be receiving enquiries within the first month. The targets we agree with you before starting are measured from day one, including the build period, so the clock is on us rather than on you.
No. Our intake consultant takes the first call with each prospect, quotes your fees from the guide you give us, sends the proposal and the engagement letter, and logs it all in the CRM. You speak to a prospect when it's complicated or when they ask for you. For most firms that's a handful of conversations a month.
We do, and we change them as the results dictate. You're consulted on anything that touches your brand, your public claims, your spend or your workload, and you approve every piece of copy before it goes out. What you're buying is the system and our responsibility for what it produces, which only works if we're free to fix the part that isn't performing.
£500 a month, every pound of which is credited back against a 10% success fee on first-year fees from the clients we bring in, plus £25 for each prospect conversation we handle for you. Ad spend, if you choose to run any, goes straight to the platform with nothing added. The full terms, including the two guarantees, are on the strategy call and in the agreement itself.
