Accountant SEO services

Own the searches that end in a booked call

Most firms rank for their own name and little else, while the demand sits on service and niche terms. We work with accounting and CPA firms only, select the niche using national business registry and Google search data, and have built these systems for 40+ practices since 2024.

  • Rankings on the services you actually want to sell
  • A page built for every niche and service you serve
  • Enquiry forms that screen the work before it reaches your diary
  • Monthly reporting on enquiries booked and clients signed

Fixed monthly fee, no long-term contract. If the enquiry count has not moved by month three, you keep the site, the content and the tracking, and you stop.

Sound familiar?

Ranking for your own firm name only?

Search is the one channel where the enquiry arrives already looking for an accountant. Most practice websites are built to describe the firm, so the traffic that does land has nowhere obvious to go. The terms with genuine commercial intent, the niche and service searches, sit with whoever bothered to build a page for them.

  • Enquiries arrive in bursts from referrals you cannot forecast
  • The website reads like a brochure and converts almost nobody
  • Years of blog posts with no rankings and no enquiries to show

What a working search system looks like

The site is rebuilt around the searches your buyers actually type, with a page for each service and niche and a form that qualifies before it books. Rankings are the input. Booked calls are the measure.

  • An enquiry count steady enough to plan capacity around
  • Pages built to book a call, then tested against conversion data
  • Content mapped to measured search demand, so every page has a job
  • Fixed monthly fee, no long-term contract, reporting you can audit

What changed after the search build

Prads at Wings Online Filings went from five to seven enquiries a month to fifteen to sixteen, and nine new clients, inside two and a half months.

★★★★★

We've been genuinely impressed with Fiscal Flow. As an accountancy practice, we wanted a partner who understood our sector, and they've delivered on that from day one. What stands out most is how responsive and proactive the team is. Queries are dealt with quickly, and they regularly come to us with suggestions and improvements before we've even thought to ask. That kind of forward-thinking support is rare and makes a real difference to a busy practice. The service itself has been excellent throughout, and we're very happy with the results. Highly recommended to any accounting firm looking for a marketing partner who actually delivers.

We couldn't be happier with the work Fiscal Flow has done for us. The website looks incredible, feels modern and professional, and has exceeded our expectations. Since going live, we've already noticed an increase in traffic, and the early signs are very encouraging. The team has been responsive, knowledgeable, and easy to work with throughout the process. We have high hopes for what this will achieve, and based on the results so far, we're confident we're moving in the right direction. Excellent service and highly recommended.

What you get

What an accountant SEO build covers

Three components, delivered in order. Positioning first, because keyword work applied to a general practice competes with every other general practice in the county.

01

The niche chosen from data

You end up competing where demand is high and coverage is thin, rather than on the terms every firm bids for. We combine national business registry data with Google search volume to see which sectors are growing in your area and which of them nobody is writing for. The positioning falls out of that, before a single page is written.

Positioning
02

A page for each service

Search traffic lands on a page written for the exact thing the person typed, so the enquiry rate stops depending on the visitor's patience. Each service and niche gets its own page, internally linked, with the technical structure Google needs to index and rank it. Niall's rebuild at OD Accountants took monthly visitors up four times over and produced ten to fifteen enquiries in the first month.

Search architecture
03

Enquiries screened before you see them

Your calendar carries the opportunities worth an hour of partner time, and the rest are handled without you. An AI qualification layer sits on the enquiry form, asks the questions you would ask, and routes accordingly. Annabel runs hers this way, which is why her diary only holds high value conversations.

Why this rather than a general agency

Built for accounting firms only

Most agencies apply a generic SEO template to whichever sector walks in. The variables that decide whether an accounting firm ranks are narrower than that.

📊

Niche picked from registry data

You get a positioning decision you can defend with numbers, taken before anyone writes a word. We look at company formation and sector data alongside Google search volume in your region, then pick the intersection with demand and weak coverage. That is why the pages rank on terms that convert instead of terms that flatter a report.

🔗

Rankings connected to onboarding

New enquiries do not create a new admin problem, because the CRM, the qualification layer and the digital onboarding workflow are part of the same build. A firm of four staff can absorb fifteen enquiries a month when the screening and follow-up run themselves. Search volume is only useful if the practice behind it can take the work.

🧾

One sector, forty plus firms

You will not spend the first two calls explaining how practice fees, onboarding or engagement letters work. We have built these systems for 40+ accounting and CPA firms since 2024 and work in no other sector. The patterns that repeat across those builds go into yours from day one.

Getting started

Up and running in four steps

You spend around two hours in total across the whole build. The writing, the technical work and the tracking sit with us.

1

Fit check and data pull

You answer a short set of questions about the firm, current enquiry sources and capacity. We pull registry and search data for your area before the call, so the first conversation is about findings rather than discovery.

2

Positioning and page plan

You see the niches the data supports, the search volume behind each and the page map that would follow. Nothing is written until you agree the direction. If the data says search is not the right first lever for your firm, we say so.

3

Build, launch and tracking

We write and build the pages, handle the technical structure and connect the forms to the CRM. Your involvement is one review round and a sign-off. Tracking goes live at the same time, so enquiries are attributed from the first day.

4

Enquiries arriving without asking

Search work compounds, so month four looks better than month two and month twelve better again. Enquiries land pre-screened, the follow-up runs on its own, and capacity planning stops depending on who happens to refer you this quarter.

An honest filter

Not worth it if

Search compounds slowly at the start, so there are firms for whom this is the wrong first move.

  • You need enquiries inside thirty days and cannot wait a quarter for search to compound
  • You have no capacity to take on new clients for the next six months
  • You want the general practice positioning kept exactly as it is, with content added on top
  • Nobody in the firm can take a booked call within a day or two of the enquiry

If timing is the issue, paid acquisition produces enquiries faster and can run while the search work builds. If capacity is the issue, come back when the next hire is in place.

Questions

The things firms ask first

How long does accountant SEO take to produce enquiries?+

Movement usually starts in the first two to three months and compounds after that. Prads at Wings Online Filings went from five to seven enquiries a month to fifteen to sixteen within two and a half months, and Niall at OD Accountants saw ten to fifteen enquiries in the first month after the rebuild. Both had a site rebuilt around conversion at the same time, which is what pulls the early numbers forward.

What happens after I complete the fit check?+

You get a short call with Will Pettifor, who builds these systems, rather than a salesperson reading from a deck. We go through the registry and search data for your area, the niches it supports and what the build would involve. If search is the wrong lever for your firm right now, you will hear that on the call.

We already have an agency doing SEO. Is that a problem?+

No. We review what is in place first, because some of it is usually worth keeping, particularly technical work and any pages already ranking. What tends to be missing is the positioning decision and the conversion structure. You can run the transition without losing existing rankings if the migration is handled properly.

What is the commitment, and what happens if we leave?+

Fixed monthly fee with no long-term contract. If you stop, you keep the website, the pages, the content and the tracking setup. The CRM and automation are portable in the sense that your client data is exported to you on request.

Do we need a new website, or can you work with the current one?+

It depends on what the current site is built on and how it performs. Sometimes the sensible route is a new page architecture on the existing platform. Where the site is slow or structurally limited, rebuilding is cheaper than fighting it, and we will tell you which situation you are in after looking at it.

How does this work alongside Google Ads or Meta?+

They serve different purposes and run better together. Paid acquisition produces enquiries in the first month while search compounds, and the landing pages built for search are the same ones the ads point at. Most firms start with one and add the other once the tracking is in place.

The next step

The searches are happening either way

A short qualification step, then a call with Will Pettifor. You leave knowing which niche the data supports, what the build involves and whether search is worth it for your firm.
