What to expect
How quickly will I hear back?
Within one working day for anything sent Monday to Friday. Messages that arrive over the weekend are answered on Monday. If your enquiry needs data pulling on your niche or local market, we will say so and give you a date.
What happens after I send this?
Your answers are read first, then you get a reply with either a direct answer or two or three clarifying questions. If it looks like a fit, we book a growth call, walk through where your current acquisition sits, and set out what the build would involve. No presentation deck.
Am I committing to anything by getting in touch?
No. The first conversation is free and there is no contract at that stage. If we do not think the system suits your firm, we will tell you and explain why. Pricing is fixed monthly, discussed openly before anything starts.
