What accounting firms say about us
We've been genuinely impressed

As an accountancy practice, we wanted a partner who understood our sector, and they've delivered on that from day one. Queries are dealt with quickly, and they regularly come to us with suggestions before we've even thought to ask. Highly recommended to any accounting firm looking for a marketing partner who actually delivers.

Will has been great since day 1

We haven't used any real advertising methods before, so I was sceptical. Since starting with Fiscal Flow last year we have now seen a few clients added to our portfolio, with one of them being £250 + VAT per month, producing a great ROI. I have now signed up for the CRM and SEO side of things too.

Outstanding website and excellent service

We couldn't be happier with the work Fiscal Flow has done for us. Since going live we've already noticed an increase in traffic and the early signs are very encouraging. The team has been responsive, knowledgeable, and easy to work with throughout.

Before you book
No, and we'd rather be blunt about it than have you find out on the call. We spend the session going through your Revenue Map: which niches near you have the most demand and the least competition, what the other firms in your area are ranking for, and what we'd do first, second and third if it were our practice. If you take that away and build it in-house, that's a perfectly good outcome. We do work with a limited number of firms and we'll tell you if we think there's a fit, but that's the last five minutes, not the first forty.
You keep the Revenue Map. It's a document with your town's numbers in it, and it's yours whether or not we ever speak again. You also get free access to our community of UK accounting firm owners. Guides, templates and honest conversations about what's actually working. No card, no trial, no strings. We'd rather you left with something useful than felt you'd wasted an afternoon.
Forty-five minutes, and nothing. We build the map before we speak, so there's no homework and no forms to dig out. If you know roughly what a typical client is worth to you a year, that's useful, but we can work it out on the call if not.
Will Pettifor, who runs Fiscal Flow. Not a sales rep working from a script, and not someone who'll hand you over to a different team afterwards. You'll be talking to the person who does the work. “Will is an absolute standout when it comes to communication. Responsive, proactive, and genuinely invested in the success of the project.” ACME Accounting Services, Trustpilot.
Probably. We work with practices anywhere from a standing start up to around one or two million in fee income, and most of the firms we work with sit in the high six figures. The thing that actually matters is capacity rather than size. If you couldn't take on new clients this quarter, a system built to produce them is the wrong purchase, and we'll say so on the call rather than sell you something you can't use.
Usually because a generalist ran the same playbook they'd run for a plumber. Clients switch accountant at year end, when something's gone wrong, or when they outgrow who they've got. Almost never because of a clever ad. We only work with accounting practices, so that's built into every decision. We also report on enquiries and clients rather than traffic, and if we haven't hit the targets we agree in the first six months we keep working at no extra cost until we do. “We wanted a partner who understood our sector, and they've delivered on that from day one.” Niall O'Driscoll FCMA, OD Accountants.
Then the map is still worth forty-five minutes, because it'll tell you whether what they're doing is going to get you the result you actually want. Plenty of firms come to us doing one piece well, a website or some ads or a bit of SEO, and finding that none of it compounds because the pieces aren't connected. If your current setup is working, we'll tell you that and you'll have lost nothing.
