Websites for accounting firms
A website that produces enquiries, not compliments
Most accounting firm websites are brochures with a contact page bolted on. They describe services accurately and convert almost nobody. We build the site as the front end of an acquisition system: search architecture underneath, structured enquiry paths on top, automated follow-up behind it. Built only for accounting and CPA firms, 40+ of them since 2024.
- Enquiry paths built for each service you actually want more of
- Pages structured around search demand, not your internal service list
- Every enquiry lands in a CRM with follow-up already running
- Qualification questions filter out the work you do not want
No long-term contract. If it is not producing enquiries after three months, you keep the site, the pages and the tracking, and you stop paying.

Six questions. Tells you whether a rebuild is the right first move or whether something else is holding the numbers back.

Sound familiar?
Your website looks fine and does nothing.
It was built by someone competent, it loads, and the branding is tidy. It also gets a handful of visits a month, most of them from people who already know your name. The enquiry form sits at the bottom of a services page nobody scrolls to. When something does come in, it goes to an inbox and waits until someone has a quiet hour.
- Visitors arrive, read a services page and leave without contacting you
- Pages describe your services but match no search anyone actually types
- Enquiries sit in an inbox for a day or two before anyone replies
What a working site looks like
The structure changes before the design does. Pages are built against demand we can see in Google data, each one ends in a defined next step, and everything that comes through is captured, qualified and followed up automatically.
- Every page ends in one clear next step, not a footer email address
- Page structure mapped to search terms your prospects genuinely use
- Enquiries answered within minutes by automated follow-up, then by you
- Fixed monthly arrangement, no long-term contract, tracking you can read yourself
What changed after the rebuild
Two firms, both with existing websites that looked acceptable. The difference came from structure and follow-up rather than a visual refresh.
We couldn't be happier with the work Fiscal Flow has done for us. The website looks incredible, feels modern and professional, and has exceeded our expectations. Since going live, we've already noticed an increase in traffic, and the early signs are very encouraging. The team has been responsive, knowledgeable, and easy to work with throughout the process. We have high hopes for what this will achieve, and based on the results so far, we're confident we're moving in the right direction. Excellent service and highly recommended.
I cannot recommend Will at Fiscal Flow highly enough. From start to finish, the experience has been seamless. Will is an absolute standout when it comes to communication. He is responsive, proactive, and genuinely invested in the success of the project. I never felt left in the dark; he kept me updated at every stage and was always available to answer questions with clarity and patience. The app and website interface are incredibly intuitive and easy to use. Transitioning to a new system can be daunting, but the instructional videos provided are top-tier—short, clear, and they make the learning curve practically non-existent. The website Will created for me is, quite frankly, absolutely phenomenal. It looks professional, runs fast, and perfectly captures my brand. Furthermore, the Lead Connector is a game-changer. It is remarkably simple to use and is already generating high-quality traffic and leads for my business. If you're looking for someone who delivers high-end results with a stress-free process, look no further than Will. Five stars all the way!
Three layers, built in order
The site is the visible part. Underneath it sits the search architecture and the follow-up system that decide whether traffic turns into booked meetings.
Search architecture underneath the site
Pages are planned against Google search volume and business registry data before anyone writes a word of copy. That means a page for each service and sector where demand actually exists, rather than a single services page carrying everything. Prads at Wings Online Filings went from five to seven enquiries a month to fifteen to sixteen, and nine new clients, in the first two and a half months on this structure.
SEO structureConversion paths on every page
Each page carries one defined action, sized to where the reader is in the buying process. Niall at OD Accountants had his site rebuilt around conversion rather than content and saw monthly visitors up four times over, with ten to fifteen enquiries and three new clients in the first month after launch.
Conversion designFollow-up that runs without you
Enquiries land in a CRM, trigger an immediate response and stay in a sequence until someone books or opts out. A qualification layer screens them first, so what reaches your calendar is worth the hour. Annabel uses this to keep only high value opportunities in her diary.
CRM automationSix reviews, six different firms
Practices of different sizes and specialisms, all on Trustpilot. Read them in full there rather than taking the excerpts on trust.
Reached Leads They Could Not Manage Alone
“Generated a large number of leads for our business which we could never have reached or managed on our own.”
One New Client Covering The Investment
“Since starting with Fiscal Flow last year, we have now seen a few clients added to our portfolio, with one of them being £250 + VAT per month, producing a great ROI.”
Persistent Marketing With Long Term Results
“Great persistent marketing with good long term results.”
Built for one industry only
General web agencies build accounting sites occasionally. We build nothing else, which changes what gets decided before design starts.
Niche chosen from data, not preference
We combine national business registry data with Google search data to find which sectors near you have volume and which are already saturated. The site is then built around that answer. You are not guessing which vertical to lead with based on the clients you happen to enjoy.
The site connects to onboarding
A new enquiry moves through qualification, booking, proposal and onboarding without anyone rekeying details. Workflows integrate with the practice software you already run. Growth stops adding administrative hours at the same rate it adds clients.
No explaining your business first
Engagement letters, AML checks, MTD deadlines, the January collapse in responsiveness. We already build around all of it. You will not spend the first two calls teaching an account manager how an accounting practice actually sells.
Four steps to a working site
Most of the effort sits with us. Your time commitment is roughly two calls and one review pass on the copy.
Take the fit assessment
Six questions covering your firm size, current enquiry volume and what you want more of. It tells you whether a rebuild is the right first move or whether the constraint is somewhere else, like follow-up speed.
Data and positioning review
We pull search volume and registry data for your area and service mix, then show you which niches have demand and which do not. You see the workings, so you can argue with them. Nothing is built until you agree the position.
Build and connect
We write the pages, build the site, set up tracking and wire the enquiry paths into the CRM and follow-up sequences. You review copy once and approve. There is no brief to write and no design committee to run.
Enquiries arrive already qualified
New enquiries come in with context attached and a follow-up sequence already running. Your calendar fills with people who have answered the screening questions. The referral pipeline becomes an addition rather than the whole plan.
“We've been genuinely impressed with Fiscal Flow. As an accountancy practice, we wanted a partner who understood our sector, and they've delivered on that from day one. What stands out most is how responsive and proactive the team is. Queries are dealt with quickly, and they regularly come to us with suggestions and improvements before we've even thought to ask. That kind of forward-thinking support is rare and makes a real difference to a busy practice. The service itself has been excellent throughout, and we're very happy with the results. Highly recommended to any accounting firm looking for a marketing partner who actually delivers.”
Not worth it if
Four situations where booking time with us would waste an hour you could spend better.
- You have capacity for two more clients this year and no intention of hiring
- You want a visual refresh only and are happy with current enquiry volume
- Nobody at the firm can respond to a new enquiry within a working day
- You are a sole practitioner winding down towards sale or retirement
If any of those apply, the site is not your constraint and a rebuild will not fix it. Come back when you have capacity to take on work and someone able to answer the phone.
Reasonable things to ask first
Why would a new website produce more enquiries than the one we have?
Usually because the current one has no page matching what prospects actually search for, and no defined action once they land. We plan the page structure against search volume first, then design around it. Niall at OD Accountants had his rebuilt around conversion rather than content and saw visitors up four times over with ten to fifteen enquiries in the first month.
What happens after I complete the assessment?
You get an answer on whether a website rebuild is the right first move for your firm, or whether the bottleneck is elsewhere. If it looks like a fit, you can book a call with Will Pettifor, who does the strategy work himself. The call is a review of your data and options, and you can leave it with the analysis and no further contact.
We are a four-person practice with an existing site. Is that too small?
That is the middle of who we work with. The framework is built for firms with 2 to 20 staff. An existing site is normal, and in most cases we keep the domain, the content worth keeping and any rankings already earned, then restructure around them.
Are we locked into a contract?
No. It is a fixed monthly arrangement with no long-term tie-in. If you stop, you keep the website, the pages, the tracking setup and the contact data. Nothing is held hostage to make leaving awkward.
Does the site connect to the practice software we already use?
Yes. Enquiries flow into a CRM and through automated onboarding workflows that integrate with existing practice systems, so details are captured once rather than rekeyed at each stage. We map that during the build rather than treating it as a later phase.
How long before we see anything?
Paid traffic can run against new pages within weeks of launch. Search results build more slowly and depend on your area and competition. Prads at Wings Online Filings went from five to seven enquiries a month to fifteen to sixteen across the first two and a half months, which is a reasonable shape to expect rather than a promise.
Find out whether a rebuild is actually the fix
Six questions on your firm size, current enquiry volume and growth target. You get an assessment of where the constraint sits, whether that is the website or something behind it.
