Accrue Accounting £120,000 of pipeline from £468 of ad spend
Accrue Accounting, Southampton. How we ran meta ads and what it produced, measured in pipeline value.
- Qualified leads
- 50
- Booked calls
- 8
- Run
- 7 to 26 October 2026
Pipeline value is modelled: qualified leads multiplied by each firm’s average annual fee per client, £2,400 unless a firm’s own records show a different fee (Linktax £420, Set Up Stateside £2,500). It measures opportunity, not revenue. Meta lifetime spend, GoHighLevel, Instantly and DataForSEO, 30 October 2026.
What happened
Accrue Accounting wanted new freelancer clients. We built a Meta campaign with a Structure Check quiz in the firm’s own words, covering freelancer type, income, IR35 and confidence, feeding a lead filter and the firm’s calendar.
One ad did most of the work: a short video that opened on what the viewer’s accountant should have told them by now. Two fixes in week one, phone number validation and stopping the AI from booking leads who were happy with their accountant, kept the diary full of calls worth taking.
What we built
- Bespoke Structure Check quiz
- Make lead filter and GoHighLevel calendar
- Meta campaign with server-side tracking
- Weekly tuning against pipeline value

Shall we get your system live?
On a strategy call we look at where your firm leaks between a stranger and a signed client, agree a target in writing, and show you what the first 90 days would look like. If we are not the right fit, we say so.
- 7 daysfrom kick-off to your system going live
- 90 daysto hit your target, or a full refund
- 2 to 4 hoursof your time to get started
We take a limited number of firms per niche and per area. If your slot is available, we work with only one firm like yours and no direct competitors while you are a partner.
Prefer to start smaller? Ask about the 20-day sprint, fully refunded if we miss the agreed target.
