Accountant lead generation

Lead generation for accounting firms

Enquiries arriving every week, without waiting for referrals

Most firms your size grow when someone happens to recommend them, which makes next quarter impossible to plan. Fiscal Flow builds the acquisition layer that sits underneath that: registry and search data to pick the niche, then SEO, paid and CRM built around it. Forty plus firms implemented since 2024, accounting and CPA only.

  • Enquiry volume you can forecast rather than hope for
  • A niche chosen from registry and search data, not guesswork
  • Enquiries screened before they reach your calendar
  • New clients onboarded without adding admin headcount

No long-term contract and fixed monthly fees. If the system is not producing enquiries you can trace, you stop, and the website, tracking and CRM build stay with you.

Sound familiar?

Growth that arrives when it feels like it

Referrals still work, they just cannot be scheduled. So one month brings four decent enquiries and the next brings none, and you cannot commit to a hire on that pattern. Meanwhile the enquiries that do come in are mixed, and partner time goes on calls that were never going to close.

  • Enquiry volume swings month to month with no way to forecast it
  • Partner hours spent on calls with people who cannot afford the work
  • Website gets visitors but almost none of them make contact

What a working system looks like

Demand is generated deliberately, filtered before it reaches you, and tracked from first click to signed client. You see where every enquiry came from and what it cost.

  • A steady enquiry baseline from search and paid, measured weekly
  • Qualification questions filter budget and fit before booking
  • Landing pages built around one action, not general content
  • Fixed monthly fee, no long-term contract, reporting you can audit

What the system produced

Two firms who came in relying on referrals and word of mouth, then started tracking where their enquiries actually came from.

Will has been great since day 1 - clearly explaining his services, how the software works etc. and has responded quickly to any queries I have had. Since starting with Fiscal Flow last year, we have now seen a few clients added to our portfolio, with one of them being £250 + VAT per month, producing a great ROI. We haven't used any real advertising methods/software before (other than google ads) so i was sceptical - but really happy with how things have been going. I have now signed up for the CRM software/SEO side of things with Will and look forward to how this goes!

What you get

The five parts of the acquisition layer

Each part is built to feed the next, so traffic lands somewhere that converts and enquiries land somewhere that follows up.

01

A niche chosen from data

You stop competing on the word accountant and start showing up for work you actually want. We cross national business registry data with Google search volume to find where demand is high and firms serving it are few. The positioning that comes out of that decides everything built afterwards.

Positioning
02

Search and paid demand

Enquiries arrive from people already looking for what you do. SEO architecture and landing pages cover the niche properly, with Meta and Google campaigns running against the same positioning. Prads at Wings Online Filings went from five to seven enquiries a month to fifteen to sixteen, and nine new clients, in the first two and a half months.

Acquisition
03

Enquiries followed up automatically

Nothing sits in an inbox until Thursday. CRM automation responds, screens and books, then the digital onboarding workflow runs alongside your existing practice software. Annabel's enquiry form screens automatically, so her calendar only carries high value opportunities.

Sector Knowledge Evident From Day One

“We've been genuinely impressed with Fiscal Flow. As an accountancy practice, we wanted a partner who understood our sector, and they've delivered on that from day one. What stands out most is how responsive and proactive the team is. Queries are dealt with quickly, and they regularly come to us with suggestions and improvements before we've even thought to ask. That kind of forward-thinking support is rare and makes a real difference to a busy practice. The service itself has been excellent throughout, and we're very happy with the results. Highly recommended to any accounting firm looking for a marketing partner who actually delivers.”

Traffic Increase Noticed Straight After Launch

“We couldn't be happier with the work Fiscal Flow has done for us. The website looks incredible, feels modern and professional, and has exceeded our expectations. Since going live, we've already noticed an increase in traffic, and the early signs are very encouraging. The team has been responsive, knowledgeable, and easy to work with throughout the process. We have high hopes for what this will achieve, and based on the results so far, we're confident we're moving in the right direction. Excellent service and highly recommended.”

Lead Connector Already Producing Qualified Traffic

“I cannot recommend Will at Fiscal Flow highly enough. From start to finish, the experience has been seamless. Will is an absolute standout when it comes to communication. He is responsive, proactive, and genuinely invested in the success of the project. I never felt left in the dark; he kept me updated at every stage and was always available to answer questions with clarity and patience. The app and website interface are incredibly intuitive and easy to use. Transitioning to a new system can be daunting, but the instructional videos provided are top-tier—short, clear, and they make the learning curve practically non-existent. The website Will created for me is, quite frankly, absolutely phenomenal. It looks professional, runs fast, and perfectly captures my brand. Furthermore, the Lead Connector is a game-changer. It is remarkably simple to use and is already generating high-quality traffic and leads for my business. If you're looking for someone who delivers high-end results with a stress-free process, look no further than Will. Five stars all the way!”

Why this rather than a general agency

Built for practices, not for everyone

General agencies learn your sector on your budget. This system was designed against accounting firm economics and has been run forty plus times.

📊

The niche decision comes first

You are not asked to guess which sector to target. National business registry data shows where firms are concentrated and where they are thin, and Google data shows where the searching is happening. The positioning follows the numbers, then the pages and campaigns are built on it.

🧮

Only accounting and CPA firms

No explaining how a compliance year works, how onboarding and AML checks slow you down, or why a low value bookkeeping enquiry costs you more than it earns. The framework already accounts for it. That is why Niall said his firm wanted a partner who understood their sector.

⚙️

Onboarding built at the same time

Generating enquiries you cannot process just moves the bottleneck. The CRM and digital onboarding workflows go in alongside acquisition and integrate with the practice software you already use. New clients get through the door without another admin hire.

Getting started

Four steps to a working pipeline

Most of the work sits with us. Your input is concentrated in the first two steps, then drops to reviewing numbers.

1

Two minute fit check

Answer the questions on this page about firm size, current enquiry volume and where growth has stalled. It takes a couple of minutes and tells us whether the system is worth discussing.

2

Data and niche review

We run registry and search data against your area and capability, then show you the niches with demand and thin competition. You leave that call with the positioning options written down, whether or not you go ahead.

3

We build the system

Landing pages, SEO architecture, campaigns, CRM automation and onboarding workflows are implemented by us. Your involvement is approving positioning and sitting one short call to connect the practice software.

4

Enquiries you can plan around

Qualified enquiries arrive weekly and reporting shows the source and cost of each one. Hiring, capacity and fee decisions stop being guesses. Stuart described it as persistent marketing with good long term results.

An honest filter

Not worth it if

Four situations where taking the fit check would waste your afternoon.

  • You have no capacity to take on new clients for the next six months
  • You want enquiries this week and cannot fund a build phase first
  • Nobody at the firm can respond to a booked call within two working days
  • You want to stay a general practice serving anyone who walks in

If capacity is the constraint, the onboarding automation work is usually the sensible starting point, and it is worth a conversation on its own. If timing is the issue, come back when you have a quarter you can plan around.

Questions

What firm owners ask first

How is this different from buying accounting leads from a lead broker?+

Broker leads are sold to several firms at once, so you compete on price with people who saw the same enquiry. This builds demand that belongs to your firm: your pages ranking, your campaigns, your CRM holding the contact record. The asset stays with you when the engagement ends.

What actually happens after I complete the fit check?+

You speak to Will Pettifor, who does the implementation work, not a salesperson reading a script. The call covers your current enquiry sources, the niche data for your area and whether the system suits your firm. If it does not, you are told that on the call.

Does this work for a firm of three, or do we need to be bigger?+

The system is built for practices with 2 to 20 staff, and smaller firms often see the sharpest change because a handful of new clients moves the numbers. Firms usually arrive with referral growth and a website that gets traffic but few enquiries. Kieran's practice had used nothing beyond Google Ads before starting.

Am I locked in, and what happens if I stop?+

Fees are fixed monthly with no long-term contract. If you stop, the website, landing pages, tracking setup and CRM build remain yours, along with the contact data inside it. Nothing gets switched off as leverage.

Will the CRM sit alongside our existing practice software?+

Yes. The onboarding and automation workflows are built to run next to the practice management and bookkeeping tools you already use, rather than replacing them. Data capture, follow up and client onboarding steps connect in during the build phase.

How do I know which enquiries came from the system?+

Every enquiry is attributed to its source, whether that is organic search, a specific paid campaign or an outbound sequence. Reporting shows volume, booked calls and conversion by channel each month. Any forward figure we discuss is labelled as modelled, so you can check the assumptions yourself.
