Accounting leads

Accounting leads, built as a system

Accounting leads that arrive whether or not anyone refers you

Most firms grow on referrals, which means growth stops when the referrals do. The fix is infrastructure rather than effort: a defined niche, a site built to convert, and a CRM that follows up without you remembering to. Fiscal Flow works only with accounting and CPA firms, has built systems for 40+ of them, and has been doing it since 2024.

  • Enquiries arriving from search rather than from your network
  • Every enquiry logged, followed up and tracked in one place
  • A defined niche, so your fees stop being compared on price
  • New clients onboarded digitally without adding admin hours

No long-term contract. The qualification step tells you whether the system fits your firm, and if it does not, you get told that.

Sound familiar?

Growth that stops when the referrals stop.

Most firms with 2 to 20 staff have no idea where next quarter's clients come from. Enquiries arrive in clusters, usually from an existing client mentioning you at the right moment. When they dry up, there is no lever to pull. The website sits there collecting nothing, and the enquiries that do come in get answered late.

  • No idea where next quarter's new clients are coming from
  • A website that gets visitors and produces almost no enquiries
  • Enquiries sitting in an inbox for two days before anyone replies

What a working system looks like

Demand gets built deliberately rather than waited for. The site is structured around the services people actually search for, paid and organic feed the same pipeline, and the CRM handles follow up so nothing sits unanswered.

  • A pipeline you can forecast from, month to month
  • Pages built around search demand and structured to convert
  • Automatic follow up the moment an enquiry lands
  • Fixed monthly pricing and no long-term contract

What the system produced

Two firms, two different mechanisms. One built on outbound data, one on paid acquisition that later expanded into CRM and search.

Will has been great since day 1 - clearly explaining his services, how the software works etc. and has responded quickly to any queries I have had. Since starting with Fiscal Flow last year, we have now seen a few clients added to our portfolio, with one of them being £250 + VAT per month, producing a great ROI. We haven't used any real advertising methods/software before (other than google ads) so i was sceptical - but really happy with how things have been going. I have now signed up for the CRM software/SEO side of things with Will and look forward to how this goes!

What you get

The three parts that produce enquiries

Positioning decides who responds, acquisition decides how many see it, and automation decides how many of those turn into booked calls.

01

A niche worth owning

Your positioning gets chosen from data rather than instinct. We cross national business registry figures against Google search volume to find sectors with demand and thin competition, then build the messaging around that. The effect is fewer price comparisons and higher average fees.

Positioning
02

Search and paid demand

Enquiries start arriving from people already looking for an accountant. SEO architecture and landing pages cover the terms your niche searches, while Meta and Google campaigns fill the gap while organic builds. Prads at Wings Online Filings went from five to seven enquiries a month to fifteen to sixteen, and nine new clients, in the first two and a half months.

Acquisition
03

Follow up that runs itself

Every enquiry gets a response within minutes, not the next working day. The CRM handles sequencing, reminders and booking, and an AI qualification layer screens enquiries before they reach your calendar. Annabel uses that layer so her diary only carries opportunities worth the hour.

Automation

Traffic Up Since The Site Went Live

“We couldn't be happier with the work Fiscal Flow has done for us. The website looks incredible, feels modern and professional, and has exceeded our expectations. Since going live, we've already noticed an increase in traffic, and the early signs are very encouraging. The team has been responsive, knowledgeable, and easy to work with throughout the process. We have high hopes for what this will achieve, and based on the results so far, we're confident we're moving in the right direction. Excellent service and highly recommended.”

Lead Connector Already Generating Qualified Traffic

“I cannot recommend Will at Fiscal Flow highly enough. From start to finish, the experience has been seamless. Will is an absolute standout when it comes to communication. He is responsive, proactive, and genuinely invested in the success of the project. I never felt left in the dark; he kept me updated at every stage and was always available to answer questions with clarity and patience. The app and website interface are incredibly intuitive and easy to use. Transitioning to a new system can be daunting, but the instructional videos provided are top-tier—short, clear, and they make the learning curve practically non-existent. The website Will created for me is, quite frankly, absolutely phenomenal. It looks professional, runs fast, and perfectly captures my brand. Furthermore, the Lead Connector is a game-changer. It is remarkably simple to use and is already generating high-quality traffic and leads for my business. If you're looking for someone who delivers high-end results with a stress-free process, look no further than Will. Five stars all the way!”

Persistent Marketing With Good Long Term Results

“Great persistent marketing with good long term results.”

Why this rather than a general agency

Built for practices, not for everyone

General agencies learn your sector on your budget. We only work with accounting and CPA firms, so the starting point is already understood.

📊

Your niche chosen from data

The sector you target gets picked by cross-referencing national business registry counts with Google search volume. That tells you where demand exists and where competitors are thin before a single page is written. Most firms pick a niche from the clients they happen to already have.

🧩

Acquisition and onboarding in one system

Enquiries feed straight into the workflows that onboard them, so extra clients do not mean extra admin hours. Engagement letters, document collection and client setup run digitally alongside your existing practice software. Growth stops being something your team has to absorb.

🔁

No explaining your sector first

You will not spend the first month teaching an account manager what a compliance client is worth or why January is unavailable. We have built these systems across 40+ accounting and CPA firms. The conversation starts at what to do rather than what you do.

Getting started

Four steps to a working pipeline

The heavy work sits with us. Your input is concentrated at the start, then drops to reviewing enquiries as they arrive.

1

Answer the qualification questions

Six questions about your firm's size, current sources of work and capacity. You get a straight read on whether the system fits. If it does not, you are told that rather than sold to.

2

Niche and demand analysis

We run registry and search data for your area and service mix, then bring you the sectors with the strongest demand and weakest competition. You choose the direction. Nothing is built until that decision is made.

3

We build and launch

Positioning, landing pages, search architecture, campaigns and CRM workflows get built by us. Your involvement is approving copy and confirming your service details. Most firms spend a couple of hours in total at this stage.

4

Enquiries arrive, screened

New enquiries land already qualified, with follow up handled automatically. You stop wondering where next quarter's work comes from and start deciding which clients you want. Capacity becomes the constraint rather than demand.

“We've been genuinely impressed with Fiscal Flow. As an accountancy practice, we wanted a partner who understood our sector, and they've delivered on that from day one. What stands out most is how responsive and proactive the team is. Queries are dealt with quickly, and they regularly come to us with suggestions and improvements before we've even thought to ask. That kind of forward-thinking support is rare and makes a real difference to a busy practice. The service itself has been excellent throughout, and we're very happy with the results. Highly recommended to any accounting firm looking for a marketing partner who actually delivers.”

An honest filter

Not worth it if

Booking a call that goes nowhere costs us both an hour, so here is where this does not work.

  • You are a sole practitioner at full capacity with no plan to add staff
  • You want enquiries this week and have no appetite for a build phase
  • You will not commit to a niche and want to remain a general practice
  • Nobody in the firm can take a qualified call within a day or two

If any of those apply, hold off. Come back when you have capacity to absorb new clients or a clear view of which sector you want to own.

Questions

What firms usually ask

Are these bought lists, or enquiries generated for my firm?+

They are generated for your firm through search, paid campaigns and outbound built on business registry data. Nothing is resold or shared with another practice. Chris at Thomas Emlyn Ltd runs a registry data outbound engine that produces thirty to fifty cold leads a month and five to ten booked meetings from them.

What happens after I complete the qualification quiz?+

You get a read on whether your firm is a fit, based on size, capacity and current sources of work. If it looks workable, you speak to Will Pettifor directly rather than a salesperson. If it does not, we say so and you have lost six minutes.

We already have an agency and a website. Does that matter?+

It happens often. Sometimes the site is fine and the problem is follow up, sometimes the reverse. Niall at OD Accountants had his site rebuilt around conversion rather than content and saw monthly visitors up four times over, with ten to fifteen enquiries and three new clients in the first month after launch.

Am I tied in, and what happens if I stop?+

Pricing is fixed monthly with no long-term contract. If you leave, the website, content and CRM data built for you remain yours. We would rather you stay because the pipeline works than because a contract says you must.

Will this create more admin for my team?+

That is the part most firms get wrong when they buy leads in isolation. Onboarding workflows are built alongside acquisition, so engagement letters, document collection and client setup run digitally through your existing practice software. The intent is more clients without more administrative hours.

How long before enquiries start arriving?+

Paid acquisition can produce enquiries within weeks of launch. Search takes longer to compound, though Prads at Wings Online Filings went from five to seven enquiries a month to fifteen to sixteen, with nine new clients, in the first two and a half months. Timings vary by niche and competition, and we will tell you what is realistic for yours before anything is built.

Where this leaves you

Another year of growth you cannot forecast
