Accounting business leads

Lead generation for accounting firms

Accounting business leads, on a system

Most firms your size grow on referrals and whatever the previous website happens to rank for, which means enquiry volume moves without warning. We build the acquisition layer underneath it. Registry and search data to pick the niche, SEO architecture and paid acquisition to create demand, CRM automation to catch and qualify every enquiry.

  • Enquiry volume you can forecast a quarter ahead
  • A named niche where your firm is the obvious choice
  • Every enquiry captured, followed up and qualified automatically
  • Prads at Wings Online Filings: nine new clients in two and a half months

No long-term contract. If the system is not producing enquiries you can trace, you can stop, and the website, tracking and CRM build stay with you.

Sound familiar?

Growth arrives when it feels like it

You had four enquiries in March and none in April, and nothing you did explains the difference. The referrals still come, but slower than the capacity you have added. Meanwhile the enquiries that do land sit in an inbox until someone gets to them, and the good ones have already spoken to two other firms by then.

  • Enquiry volume swings month to month with no traceable cause
  • Referral flow has flattened while payroll and capacity have grown
  • Enquiries sit unanswered for days and go cold before the first call

What a working system looks like

Demand gets created deliberately through search and paid channels, aimed at a niche the data says has volume. Every enquiry lands in a CRM that responds immediately and screens before it reaches your calendar.

  • Monthly enquiry numbers you can read on a dashboard and plan against
  • Search and paid channels producing demand independently of who refers you
  • Instant automated response, then qualification, before anyone books time
  • Fixed monthly arrangement, no long-term contract, work stays yours

Will has been great since day 1 - clearly explaining his services, how the software works etc. and has responded quickly to any queries I have had. Since starting with Fiscal Flow last year, we have now seen a few clients added to our portfolio, with one of them being £250 + VAT per month, producing a great ROI. We haven't used any real advertising methods/software before (other than google ads) so i was sceptical - but really happy with how things have been going. I have now signed up for the CRM software/SEO side of things with Will and look forward to how this goes!

What you get

The three parts that produce enquiries

Positioning decides who you attract, the channels create the demand, and the automation makes sure none of it is wasted at the point of contact.

01

A Niche Chosen From Data

You end up positioned where there is measurable demand and thin competition, rather than where the last three clients happened to come from. We cross national business registry data with Google search volume to find sectors with enough companies and enough active searching to support a firm your size. The output is a positioning decision you can defend to your partners.

Positioning
02

Search And Paid Demand

Enquiries arrive from people already looking for what you sell, plus a paid layer for the volume search alone cannot reach. SEO architecture and landing pages are built around the niche, then Google and Meta campaigns run on top. Prads at Wings Online Filings went from five to seven enquiries a month to fifteen to sixteen in the first two and a half months.

Acquisition
03

Nothing Falls Through

Every enquiry gets an immediate response and a qualification pass before it reaches your diary. The CRM handles follow-up sequences, booking and reminders, and integrates with the practice software you already run. Annabel has enquiries screened automatically, so her calendar only carries the higher value opportunities.

Six Trustpilot reviews, different problems

Firms come to us at different points, some with no website worth the name, some with traffic that never converts, some with leads nobody chases.

Website Rebuilt, Traffic Up Since Launch

“We couldn't be happier with the work Fiscal Flow has done for us. The website looks incredible, feels modern and professional, and has exceeded our expectations. Since going live, we've already noticed an increase in traffic, and the early signs are very encouraging. The team has been responsive, knowledgeable, and easy to work with throughout the process. We have high hopes for what this will achieve, and based on the results so far, we're confident we're moving in the right direction. Excellent service and highly recommended.”

Lead Connector Already Producing Quality Traffic

“I cannot recommend Will at Fiscal Flow highly enough. From start to finish, the experience has been seamless. Will is an absolute standout when it comes to communication. He is responsive, proactive, and genuinely invested in the success of the project. I never felt left in the dark; he kept me updated at every stage and was always available to answer questions with clarity and patience. The app and website interface are incredibly intuitive and easy to use. Transitioning to a new system can be daunting, but the instructional videos provided are top-tier—short, clear, and they make the learning curve practically non-existent. The website Will created for me is, quite frankly, absolutely phenomenal. It looks professional, runs fast, and perfectly captures my brand. Furthermore, the Lead Connector is a game-changer. It is remarkably simple to use and is already generating high-quality traffic and leads for my business. If you're looking for someone who delivers high-end results with a stress-free process, look no further than Will. Five stars all the way!”

Persistent Marketing With Long Term Results

“Great persistent marketing with good long term results.”

Director
Why this rather than a general agency

Built for one type of firm

A generalist agency has to learn your sector on your budget. We have implemented the same system across firms with 2 to 20 staff, in the UK and US.

🗂️

No Explaining Your Sector

You will not spend the first month teaching an account manager what a compliance client is worth over five years, or why an enquiry for a one off tax return is not the same as a monthly bookkeeping retainer. We only work with accounting and CPA firms. Campaign structure, ad copy and qualification questions are already written for the way practices actually sell.

📊

Niche Picked Before Spending

The positioning decision happens on registry and search data before a single pound goes into ads. That means you can see how many companies exist in a sector, how many people search for help in it monthly, and how many firms already claim it. If the numbers do not support a niche, we say so rather than building around it.

🔗

Acquisition And Onboarding Together

Winning more enquiries creates an admin problem unless the intake side is built at the same time. We connect the CRM to your existing practice software so new clients move through engagement, information requests and setup without another person on the payroll. The system scales client numbers without scaling administration.

Getting started

Four steps to a working system

Most of the build sits with us. Your time commitment is concentrated in the first two weeks and drops sharply after that.

1

Complete The Qualification Quiz

Six questions about your firm size, current enquiry sources and where growth has stalled. It takes a few minutes and tells us whether there is a gap worth building around. If there is not, we will tell you that in writing.

2

Data Review And Niche Call

We run registry and search data against your service mix before we speak, so the call is spent on findings rather than discovery questions. You will see which sectors have volume in your region and what the competitive picture looks like. Nothing is committed at this stage.

3

We Build, You Approve

Positioning, site architecture, landing pages, campaigns and CRM workflows are built by us. Your involvement is approving the positioning and reviewing copy for technical accuracy, which usually runs to two or three short sessions. Everything is connected to your existing practice software rather than replacing it.

4

Enquiries Arrive On Schedule

Leads come in, get answered immediately, get screened, and reach your calendar already qualified. You review a monthly dashboard showing enquiries, cost per enquiry and conversion by channel. Capacity planning becomes an arithmetic problem rather than a guess.

“We've been genuinely impressed with Fiscal Flow. As an accountancy practice, we wanted a partner who understood our sector, and they've delivered on that from day one. What stands out most is how responsive and proactive the team is. Queries are dealt with quickly, and they regularly come to us with suggestions and improvements before we've even thought to ask. That kind of forward-thinking support is rare and makes a real difference to a busy practice. The service itself has been excellent throughout, and we're very happy with the results. Highly recommended to any accounting firm looking for a marketing partner who actually delivers.”

An honest filter

Not worth it if

The system works under specific conditions, and it is cheaper for both of us to establish that now.

  • You have no capacity to take on new clients for the next six months
  • You want leads next week and cannot wait on a build that takes weeks
  • Nobody at the firm can answer a qualified enquiry within a working day
  • You are a sole practitioner with no plans to add staff or delegate delivery

If capacity is the constraint, fix the delivery side first and come back when you can absorb the volume. The newsletter covers positioning and acquisition in the meantime.

Questions

The things firms ask first

Are these bought lists or leads generated for my firm?+

They are generated for your firm through your own channels, so the enquiry belongs to you and nobody else. Search and paid campaigns run under your brand, and the outbound engine works from national business registry data filtered to the sectors your positioning targets. Chris at Thomas Emlyn Ltd sees thirty to fifty cold leads a month from that engine, producing five to ten booked meetings.

What happens after I complete the quiz?+

You get a written read on where your acquisition gap sits, based on your answers and a look at your current site and rankings. If it looks like a fit, we book a call and spend it on the data findings rather than asking you to describe your firm again. You speak to Will Pettifor, who does the implementation, not a salesperson.

We already have a marketing agency. Does that rule us out?+

No, and it is common. Most firms arrive with a site somebody built, some Google Ads history and a CRM nobody configured properly. We audit what exists first, keep what performs and rebuild the parts that do not, rather than starting from a blank page for the sake of it.

What is the commitment and what happens if I stop?+

It is a fixed monthly arrangement with no long-term contract. Ad accounts, the website, tracking setup and CRM workflows are built in your own accounts, so if you leave, they stay with you and keep running. We would rather you stay because the enquiry numbers justify it.

Will this work alongside our practice software?+

Yes. The CRM connects to the systems you already run, so new client information moves from enquiry through to engagement and setup without rekeying. We map your current intake process before building the automation, which usually exposes two or three steps that were only ever done manually out of habit.

How long before enquiries start arriving?+

Paid channels can produce enquiries within the first weeks of going live because they do not wait on indexing. Search takes longer and compounds; Prads at Wings Online Filings moved from five to seven monthly enquiries to fifteen to sixteen over the first two and a half months on the SEO and content system. We report on both separately so you can see which is carrying the volume.
