Search visibility for CPA firms
Search demand for your services exists. someone else is answering
Most CPA and accounting firms rank for their own name and very little else, which keeps growth tied to referrals. Fiscal Flow builds the search architecture that captures buying intent instead. Built only for accounting firms, planned from registry and Google search data, with enquiry handling built into the same system.
- Pages built around the services you actually want more of
- Enquiries arriving from search rather than the next referral conversation
- Reporting that follows traffic through to enquiries and signed clients
- Enquiries screened before anything reaches your calendar
No long-term contract. If the work is not producing enquiries you can trace, you stop and keep the pages, the tracking and the content already built.
Is your firm a fit for this?
A few questions about your firm, your site and your current enquiry flow. You will see where your search visibility sits and whether building the system is worth it.

Sound familiar?
Ranking for your own firm name and little else?
Most practice websites were built to describe the firm rather than to answer the questions buyers type before they hire. The result is a site that reads well to existing clients and is invisible to everyone else. Search volume for the services you want is there every month. It goes to whoever structured their site around it.
- Visitors land on the homepage, read the About page and leave
- Rankings for terms nobody types before hiring an accountant
- Growth still depends on who your current clients happen to know
What a working search system looks like
Each page targets one query, answers it properly and offers one obvious next step. The targets are picked from search volume and registry data rather than guesswork, and every enquiry lands in a system that responds without you chasing it.
- Every page answers one query and asks for one action
- Targets chosen from Google search volume and business registry data
- A monthly enquiry flow that runs independently of referrals
- Fixed monthly arrangement, no long-term contract, work owned by you
Search work that produced clients
Prads at Wings Online Filings went from five to seven enquiries a month to fifteen to sixteen, and nine new clients, in two and a half months.
The website looks incredible, feels modern and professional, and has exceeded our expectations.
The website Will created for me is, quite frankly, absolutely phenomenal. It looks professional, runs fast, and perfectly captures my brand.
What the search build covers
Three components, delivered in order. Positioning decides what you rank for, architecture decides whether it converts, and automation decides what happens next.
Targets Chosen From Data
You rank for services with buyers behind them rather than terms that look sensible in a meeting. We cross national business registry data with Google search data to find where demand and firm supply are furthest apart. That analysis sets the niche you lead with and the pages that follow.
PositioningArchitecture That Converts Traffic
Traffic turns into enquiries because each page is written for one query and ends in one action. Service pages, niche pages and location pages are structured so Google can read the relationship between them. Niall at OD Accountants saw monthly visitors rise four times over after the site was rebuilt around conversion.
SEO architectureEnquiries Handled Without Extra Admin
New enquiries are answered, screened and booked without a partner picking up the slack. An AI qualification layer sits on the enquiry form, so unsuitable work is filtered before it reaches your diary. Annabel uses this so her calendar only carries high value opportunities.
CRM and onboardingSix reviews from firms running the system
Different firms, different starting points. Some came for lead generation, some for the site, several stayed and added the CRM and search work afterwards.
Added Clients Producing A Strong Return
“Since starting with Fiscal Flow last year, we have now seen a few clients added to our portfolio, with one of them being £250 + VAT per month, producing a great ROI.”
Reached Prospects They Could Not Reach
“Generated a large number of leads for our business which we could never have reached or managed on our own.”
Marketing That Kept Working Long Term
“Great persistent marketing with good long term results.”
One sector, one system
General agencies learn your market on your budget. We have built acquisition systems for accounting and CPA firms only, across 40+ practices since 2024.
Targets Set By Data
You get a keyword plan you can argue with, because the reasoning is visible. Registry data shows where firms are underserved by sector and region, and Google data shows what those businesses search for. The overlap becomes the page plan.
Search And Intake Together
Rankings only matter if the enquiry gets answered, so both sides are built in the same system. Pages, tracking, CRM and onboarding workflows connect to your existing practice software. Nothing arrives in an inbox and waits for someone to notice it.
No Explaining Your Practice
Compliance cycles, engagement letters, onboarding checks and the difference between a decent lead and a time waster are already understood here. You will not spend the first month educating a marketing team on how a practice works. That shows up in how quickly the first pages go live.
From first call to live in four steps
The work sits with us. Your involvement is a short qualification step, one review call, and sign off on the plan before anything is published.
Take The Fit Quiz
A few questions about your firm size, current site and where enquiries come from now. It takes a couple of minutes and tells you whether the system is worth building at your stage. If the answer is no, you will be told.
Market And Demand Review
We pull registry and search data for your region and target sectors before we speak again. You see which niches carry demand, which are saturated, and what realistic monthly enquiry volume looks like. Any forecast at this stage is labelled as modelled.
We Build, You Approve
Positioning, page architecture, content and tracking are produced by us and sent for sign off. Your input is limited to confirming service detail and approving what goes live. Existing sites are kept where they work and rebuilt where they hold rankings back.
Enquiries Arrive Weekly
New work starts appearing without anyone in the firm chasing it, screened before it reaches a partner diary. Reporting shows which pages produced which enquiries and which of those became clients. Referrals become a bonus rather than the plan.
“The service itself has been excellent throughout, and we're very happy with the results.”
Not worth it if
Search compounds, which makes it the wrong tool for some situations. These are the ones where the quiz would waste your time.
- You need new clients inside four weeks and cannot wait for search to compound
- You want rankings reported monthly with no change to the site or the intake process
- You are a sole practitioner already at capacity with no plan to add staff
- You want to be visible for every service to every business, with no niche to lead with
If timing is the constraint, paid acquisition covers the gap while search builds, and that is a different conversation. If capacity is the constraint, come back when you have room to take work on.
The questions firms ask first
How long does SEO take to produce enquiries for a CPA firm?
Movement usually shows in weeks and meaningful enquiry volume in months, depending on how much authority the domain already has. Prads at Wings Online Filings went from five to seven enquiries a month to fifteen to sixteen, and nine new clients, in the first two and a half months. Niall at OD Accountants saw ten to fifteen enquiries in the first month after his site was rebuilt around conversion. Neither is typical of every firm, and we will say so if your starting position makes a slower curve likely.
What happens after I complete the quiz?
The quiz sorts out fit before anyone spends an hour on a call. If the answers suggest the system suits your firm, you get a call with Will Pettifor, who does the strategy work rather than a salesperson passing you on. If they suggest it does not, you get told that and nothing else happens.
We already have a site and an agency. Does that change anything?
It changes the starting point, not the method. Existing pages that hold rankings are kept and restructured, and we replace only what is holding conversion back. Most firms we work with have 2 to 20 staff and arrive with a site that was built to look presentable rather than to rank.
Are we tied into a contract?
The arrangement is a fixed monthly one with no long-term contract. If you leave, the site, the pages, the content and the tracking stay with you, because the work is an asset for your firm rather than something rented from us. Pricing depends on scope and is discussed on the call, never before we know what needs building.
Do you rebuild the site or work with what we have?
Whichever costs the firm less time and traffic. If the current site loads quickly and has clean structure, we build the page architecture on top of it. If it is slow, thin or fighting Google on structure, rebuilding is faster than patching, and we will show you the reasoning before deciding.
How do you decide which niche or services to target?
Registry data shows how many businesses of a given type sit in a region and how many firms already position for them. Google data shows how often those businesses search and what they search for. The niche with demand and thin competition becomes the lead position, and you approve it before any pages are written.
Referral growth has a ceiling. search does not
Take the qualification step and you will see where your firm currently sits in search, what demand exists in your market, and whether the system is worth building.
