Conversion rate optimisation
The traffic is already there. Almost none of it converts.
Most firms we look at have enough monthly visitors to fill a diary and a website built to describe services rather than collect enquiries. We rebuild the path from page to booked call. Built only for accounting and CPA firms, tested across 40+ practices, running since 2024.
- More enquiries from the visitors your site already receives
- Enquiry forms that capture fit, turnover and service need up front
- Follow-up that fires within minutes rather than the next working day
- Clear reporting on where enquiries drop off and why
No long-term contract. If the conversion work has not moved your enquiry numbers, you keep the pages, the tracking and the forms, and you stop.

Fast pages that convert visitors
"The website Will created for me is, quite frankly, absolutely phenomenal. It looks professional, runs fast, and perfectly captures my brand."
Sound familiar?
Plenty of visitors. Very few enquiries.
Analytics shows a few hundred sessions a month and the enquiry inbox stays quiet. The site reads like a services brochure, the contact page asks for a name and a message, and anyone who does get in touch waits until someone in the practice has a spare ten minutes. Traffic is rarely the constraint.
- Homepage explains what the firm does and never asks for anything
- Contact form collects a name and a message, so every enquiry needs chasing
- Enquiries sit unanswered until someone in the practice gets a gap
What a converting site looks like
Each page carries one intended action and the structure that supports it. The enquiry form does the qualifying before you speak. Follow-up runs from the CRM rather than from memory.
- Every page ends on a defined next step, not a phone number in the footer
- Forms capture turnover, service need and urgency before the first call
- Automated response within minutes, then a structured follow-up sequence
- Fixed monthly arrangement, no long-term contract, tracking you keep
Same firm, different enquiry numbers
Two examples where the change was structural rather than cosmetic. Both firms had visitors before the work started and were not converting them.
We couldn't be happier with the work Fiscal Flow has done for us. The website looks incredible, feels modern and professional, and has exceeded our expectations. Since going live, we've already noticed an increase in traffic, and the early signs are very encouraging. The team has been responsive, knowledgeable, and easy to work with throughout the process. We have high hopes for what this will achieve, and based on the results so far, we're confident we're moving in the right direction. Excellent service and highly recommended.
I cannot recommend Will at Fiscal Flow highly enough. From start to finish, the experience has been seamless. Will is an absolute standout when it comes to communication. He is responsive, proactive, and genuinely invested in the success of the project. I never felt left in the dark; he kept me updated at every stage and was always available to answer questions with clarity and patience. The app and website interface are incredibly intuitive and easy to use. Transitioning to a new system can be daunting, but the instructional videos provided are top-tier—short, clear, and they make the learning curve practically non-existent. The website Will created for me is, quite frankly, absolutely phenomenal. It looks professional, runs fast, and perfectly captures my brand. Furthermore, the Lead Connector is a game-changer. It is remarkably simple to use and is already generating high-quality traffic and leads for my business. If you're looking for someone who delivers high-end results with a stress-free process, look no further than Will. Five stars all the way!
Three things that move enquiry numbers
Conversion work for an accounting practice comes down to page structure, what the form asks, and what happens in the first hour after someone submits it.
Pages Built To Collect Enquiries
Your service pages get rebuilt around one action each, with the objections a prospective client actually raises answered in order. Niall at OD Accountants had his site rebuilt around conversion rather than content and saw monthly visitors up four times over, ten to fifteen enquiries in the first month and three new clients. Page speed, mobile layout and form placement are handled as part of the same build.
Landing page systemEnquiry Forms That Qualify
The form asks for turnover, entity type, current provider and what they need, so you know the value of an enquiry before you open your diary. Annabel runs an AI qualification layer on her enquiry form, so screening happens automatically and her calendar only carries high value opportunities. Poor fit enquiries get a polite route out rather than a call slot.
Qualification layerFollow-Up That Runs Itself
Every enquiry gets an immediate reply, a booking link and a sequence that continues if they do not book first time. This runs through the CRM, so nothing depends on someone remembering during a busy filing week. You see the whole trail against each contact record.
CRM automationSix Trustpilot reviews, different starting points
Some firms came for a rebuilt website, others for lead generation and stayed for the systems around it. All are UK accounting practices.
Added Clients Including One At £250 Monthly
“Will has been great since day 1 - clearly explaining his services, how the software works etc. and has responded quickly to any queries I have had. Since starting with Fiscal Flow last year, we have now seen a few clients added to our portfolio, with one of them being £250 + VAT per month, producing a great ROI. We haven't used any real advertising methods/software before (other than google ads) so i was sceptical - but really happy with how things have been going. I have now signed up for the CRM software/SEO side of things with Will and look forward to how this goes!”
Reached Leads The Practice Could Not Manage Alone
“Generated a large number of leads for our business which we could never have reached or managed on our own.”
Persistent Marketing With Long Term Results
“Great persistent marketing with good long term results.”
Built for practices, not for everyone
A general conversion agency will test button colours. We know what a prospective client of an accounting firm needs answered before they will give you their number.
We Know The Objections Already
Switching accountants, professional clearance, whether you handle their software, what happens to their historic records. These sit on the page in the order people ask them, so the enquiry form is reached by someone who has already decided. You will not spend a discovery session explaining what a converting page for a practice looks like.
Positioning Comes Before Layout
A page converts poorly when it speaks to everyone with a business bank account. We use national business registry data and Google search data to identify which niches near you have demand and thin competition, then write the pages to that audience. The layout work follows the positioning decision.
The Form Connects To Something
A converting page is worthless if the enquiry lands in an inbox nobody checks until Friday. Forms feed the CRM, trigger an immediate response and route into onboarding workflows that sit alongside your existing practice software. Chris at Thomas Emlyn Ltd runs thirty to fifty cold leads a month through this and gets five to ten booked meetings from them.
Four steps, most of the work ours
You give us access and about two hours of your time in total. Everything else happens on our side and comes back to you for approval.
Complete the fit check
Six questions on your traffic, current enquiry volume, service mix and follow-up process. It takes a couple of minutes and tells us whether conversion work is the right lever for your firm right now.
We audit what exists
We look at analytics, your current enquiry path and where visitors leave. You get the findings in plain terms, including the pages doing nothing and the ones worth keeping. No obligation attached to the audit.
Pages, forms and follow-up built
We rebuild the enquiry path, write the pages, configure qualification on the forms and connect the CRM sequences. Your involvement is approving copy and confirming which services you want enquiries for.
Enquiries arrive pre-qualified
The diary fills with people who already know what you charge for, what you specialise in and why they should switch. Reporting shows you which pages produced them. You stop wondering whether the website is doing anything.
“We've been genuinely impressed with Fiscal Flow. As an accountancy practice, we wanted a partner who understood our sector, and they've delivered on that from day one. What stands out most is how responsive and proactive the team is. Queries are dealt with quickly, and they regularly come to us with suggestions and improvements before we've even thought to ask. That kind of forward-thinking support is rare and makes a real difference to a busy practice. The service itself has been excellent throughout, and we're very happy with the results. Highly recommended to any accounting firm looking for a marketing partner who actually delivers.”
Not worth it if
Conversion work multiplies existing demand. Where there is nothing to multiply, it is the wrong purchase.
- Your site gets almost no monthly traffic, in which case acquisition comes first
- You are at capacity and would not take on new clients this quarter anyway
- You want split testing reports rather than more enquiries in the diary
- Nobody in the practice can respond to an enquiry within a working day
If traffic is the constraint, the SEO and paid acquisition pages explain the sequence we would use instead. Come back to conversion work once there are visitors worth converting.
What firms ask before starting
How much traffic do I need before conversion work is worth doing?
Enough that a percentage point of improvement is a real number of enquiries. A few hundred relevant monthly sessions is a workable base. Below that, the honest answer is that acquisition should come first and we will say so at the audit stage.
What happens after I complete the fit check?
You get a short assessment of whether conversion work is the right lever for your firm, and if it is, an offer of a call with Will Pettifor. The call is a review of your current enquiry path and what we would change. If it is not a fit, we tell you that on the call rather than proposing something anyway.
We are a four person practice. Is that too small?
We work with accounting and CPA firms from 2 to 20 staff, so that sits in the middle of the range. Smaller firms often see the change faster because the enquiry volume needed to fill capacity is lower. What matters more is having someone who can answer an enquiry the same day.
Am I tied in, and what do I keep if I leave?
The arrangement is fixed monthly with no long-term contract. If you stop, you keep the pages, the copy, the forms and the tracking configuration. The CRM automations are yours to continue running if you keep the platform.
Will you rebuild the whole site or work on what we have?
It depends on what the audit finds. Sometimes the fastest route is reworking the enquiry path and three or four service pages on the existing site. Where the underlying structure or speed is holding conversion back, we say so and quote for the rebuild separately.
How do I know the change came from the conversion work?
We set the tracking before anything changes, so there is a baseline for sessions, enquiry volume and source. Reporting then shows enquiries by page and by channel. Any figure we present as a projection is labelled as a projection.
