PPC agency for accountants
Paid ads that fill your diary, not your inbox
Most firms that try Google Ads spend for three months, collect a pile of price shoppers and switch it off. The spend was rarely the problem. We build paid acquisition only for accounting and CPA firms, map campaigns to services you actually want to sell, and route every enquiry through a qualification layer before it reaches your calendar.
- Search terms mapped to the services you want more of
- Landing pages built for enquiries, not for browsing
- Enquiries screened automatically before they reach your diary
- Cost per booked meeting tracked, not cost per click
No long-term contract. If the numbers do not stand up after the first quarter, you keep the landing pages, the campaign structure and the CRM build.

Sound familiar?
Ads running, budget going out, diary still empty?
Paid search works well for accountancy because the intent is already there. Where it usually breaks is everything around the click. Broad keywords collect people shopping on price, the traffic lands on a homepage written for existing clients, and nobody follows up quickly enough to matter. The spend gets blamed for a structural problem.
- Budget spent on broad terms that attract price shoppers
- Clicks landing on a homepage that was never built to convert
- Enquiries sitting unanswered while the team is in filing season
What a working paid system looks like
Three parts have to line up: the terms you bid on, the page they land on, and what happens in the first ten minutes after a form is submitted. We build all three, then report on booked meetings rather than impressions.
- Bidding limited to service terms with commercial intent behind them
- A dedicated landing page per service, written to produce an enquiry
- Automated follow-up the moment a form is submitted, day or night
- Fixed monthly fee, no long-term contract, ad spend paid direct to the platform
What paid acquisition has produced
Two firms who started with paid campaigns. Both were sceptical going in, which is the correct starting position for anything involving ad spend.
Will has been great since day 1 - clearly explaining his services, how the software works etc. and has responded quickly to any queries I have had. Since starting with Fiscal Flow last year, we have now seen a few clients added to our portfolio, with one of them being £250 + VAT per month, producing a great ROI. We haven't used any real advertising methods/software before (other than google ads) so i was sceptical - but really happy with how things have been going. I have now signed up for the CRM software/SEO side of things with Will and look forward to how this goes!
Generated a large number of leads for our business which we could never have reached or managed on our own.
What the monthly fee covers
Campaign build, landing page system and the follow-up layer behind it. All three are managed together because a weakness in one shows up as wasted spend in the others.
Campaigns Built Around Service Demand
Your budget goes to searches from people who want the work you want to sell, rather than anyone typing the word accountant. We use Google search data and business registry data to identify which niches in your area carry real demand, then structure campaigns around those services. Negative keyword lists are built before launch, not after the first month of waste.
Google and MetaA Landing Page Per Service
Traffic lands on a page written for one problem with one next step, which is where most of the conversion difference comes from. Each page carries the proof, the pricing model in plain words and a form that takes under a minute. We build and host them, so nothing is waiting on your web developer.
ConversionEnquiries Screened Before Your Diary
An AI qualification layer sits on the enquiry form and asks the questions you would ask on a first call. Annabel uses this so her calendar only carries high value opportunities. Everything else is followed up automatically or filtered out, and the CRM keeps the record either way.
CRM and automationSix reviews, all on Trustpilot
Accountancy practices of different sizes, some running paid campaigns, some on search and CRM work. The reviews are published in full on Trustpilot.
A Partner Who Understood The Sector
“We've been genuinely impressed with Fiscal Flow. As an accountancy practice, we wanted a partner who understood our sector, and they've delivered on that from day one. What stands out most is how responsive and proactive the team is. Queries are dealt with quickly, and they regularly come to us with suggestions and improvements before we've even thought to ask. That kind of forward-thinking support is rare and makes a real difference to a busy practice. The service itself has been excellent throughout, and we're very happy with the results. Highly recommended to any accounting firm looking for a marketing partner who actually delivers.”
Lead Connector Already Generating Quality Leads
“I cannot recommend Will at Fiscal Flow highly enough. From start to finish, the experience has been seamless. Will is an absolute standout when it comes to communication. He is responsive, proactive, and genuinely invested in the success of the project. I never felt left in the dark; he kept me updated at every stage and was always available to answer questions with clarity and patience. The app and website interface are incredibly intuitive and easy to use. Transitioning to a new system can be daunting, but the instructional videos provided are top-tier—short, clear, and they make the learning curve practically non-existent. The website Will created for me is, quite frankly, absolutely phenomenal. It looks professional, runs fast, and perfectly captures my brand. Furthermore, the Lead Connector is a game-changer. It is remarkably simple to use and is already generating high-quality traffic and leads for my business. If you're looking for someone who delivers high-end results with a stress-free process, look no further than Will. Five stars all the way!”
Traffic Up Since The Site Launched
“We couldn't be happier with the work Fiscal Flow has done for us. The website looks incredible, feels modern and professional, and has exceeded our expectations. Since going live, we've already noticed an increase in traffic, and the early signs are very encouraging. The team has been responsive, knowledgeable, and easy to work with throughout the process. We have high hopes for what this will achieve, and based on the results so far, we're confident we're moving in the right direction. Excellent service and highly recommended.”
Built for practices, not for every industry
A generalist PPC agency learns your sector on your budget. We only work with accounting and CPA firms, so the keyword research and the ad copy start from what already works.
Niche Chosen From Data
Before any budget goes live, we cross national business registry data with Google search data to see which client types are concentrated near you and which are actually being searched for. That decides the campaign structure and the landing pages. It is the difference between bidding on accountant near me and bidding on the service you want ten more of.
The Follow Up Is Part Of It
Paid enquiries decay quickly, and a practice in filing season cannot reliably respond within minutes. The CRM handles the immediate reply, the reminder sequence and the booking link. Chris at Thomas Emlyn Ltd runs thirty to fifty cold leads a month through this and gets five to ten booked meetings out of it.
Reported In Client Terms
Reporting is on enquiries, booked meetings and cost per acquired client, because that is what you can compare against a fee. Click through rate and impression share are available if you want them, though they rarely change a decision. Any forward looking figure we show is labelled as modelled.
Live in four steps
Most firms are running inside a few weeks. The heaviest lift on your side is one conversation about which clients you want more of.
Answer four questions
The qualification form on this page takes about a minute. It tells us your firm size, your current acquisition mix and what you want more of. If paid is the wrong first move, we say so at that point.
Niche and demand review
We pull registry and search data for your area and show you which client types carry real volume. You see the numbers before anything is built, including where demand is thinner than expected. Nothing goes live on assumption.
We build the system
Campaign structure, landing pages, tracking, CRM pipeline and the automated follow-up are built by us. You review the ad copy and the landing page once. That is the whole of your involvement in the build.
Enquiries arrive pre-screened
New enquiries land in the CRM already answered and already qualified, and the ones worth your time appear in your diary with context attached. You stop wondering where next quarter's clients come from. Filing season stops being the only thing setting your capacity.
“Great persistent marketing with good long term results.”
Not worth it if
Paid acquisition suits a specific set of circumstances, and it is cheaper for both of us to establish that now.
- You have no capacity to take on new clients for the next six months
- You want ad spend committed before any niche or demand data has been reviewed
- Nobody at the firm can respond to a qualified enquiry within a working day
- You are looking for a one month test rather than a quarter of consistent data
If capacity is the constraint, onboarding automation is usually the better place to start, and we will point you there instead. Come back when you have room in the diary.
Questions firms ask before starting
Does Google Ads actually work for accountancy practices, or is it too competitive?
It works when the bidding is narrow. Generic terms like accountant near me are expensive and attract price comparison, while service and niche terms carry lower competition and much better intent. The firms that struggle are usually bidding broad and sending traffic to a homepage, which is a structure problem rather than a market problem.
What happens after I complete the form on this page?
You answer four questions about your firm and current acquisition mix, and we come back with whether paid is the right lever for you or whether something else should come first. If it looks like a fit, the next step is a call with Will Pettifor, who does the strategy work rather than a salesperson. There is no obligation attached to either step.
We are a small practice with a handful of staff. Is this suitable?
Most of our clients are firms with 2 to 20 staff, which is the size where a small increase in enquiry volume changes the year meaningfully. Larger firms usually have someone internal owning acquisition already. If you are a sole practitioner with no capacity, paid will create a problem rather than solve one.
What is the commitment, and what happens if I stop?
The fee is fixed monthly with no long-term contract, and ad spend is paid directly to Google or Meta so you always control that budget. If you stop, you keep the landing pages, the campaign structure and the CRM build. We ask for a quarter because paid campaigns need enough conversion data to optimise against, though nothing locks you in for it.
Do you run Meta ads as well, or only Google?
Both, and they do different jobs. Google captures people already searching for a service, while Meta is better for reaching a defined niche who are not actively looking yet. Which one we start with depends on what the demand data shows for your area and target client.
How do you stop unqualified enquiries reaching my diary?
An AI qualification layer sits on the enquiry form and asks the questions you would ask on a first call, including turnover, entity type and what they need. Anything below your threshold is followed up automatically or filtered out. Annabel uses this so her calendar only carries high value opportunities.
