Websites for accountants

Websites for accounting firms

A website your firm can actually grow on

Most accounting firm websites read like a brochure and produce almost no enquiries. The problem is structure, not design taste. We build sites around search demand, a clear niche position and a follow-up system that sits in your CRM. Built only for accounting and CPA firms, with 40+ firms served since 2024.

  • Pages built around the services buyers actually search for
  • Enquiry forms that qualify before the call reaches your diary
  • SEO architecture in place from launch, not bolted on later
  • Every enquiry logged and followed up automatically in the CRM

No long-term contract. If the system is not producing enquiries, you keep the site, the pages and the tracking, and you leave.

Sound familiar?

A tidy website that produces almost nothing

Most practice websites were built to look respectable rather than to generate work. They rank for the firm name and little else, describe every service in the same tone, and send the handful of enquiries they do get to an inbox nobody watches on a Friday afternoon. Growth then falls back on referrals, which arrive when they arrive.

  • Ranking for the firm name and almost nothing buyers search for
  • Every service described the same way, so nothing signals specialism
  • Enquiries land in an inbox with no tracking and no follow-up

What a working site looks like

The site is structured around the services and niches with measurable search demand, each with its own page and its own argument. Enquiries are captured, screened and routed into a CRM that chases them for you.

  • Individual pages targeting the searches your buyers actually make
  • Clear niche positioning so the right prospect recognises themselves
  • Enquiries screened on arrival and pushed straight into your CRM
  • Fixed monthly arrangement with no long-term contract to sign

★★★★★

We couldn't be happier with the work Fiscal Flow has done for us. The website looks incredible, feels modern and professional, and has exceeded our expectations. Since going live, we've already noticed an increase in traffic, and the early signs are very encouraging. The team has been responsive, knowledgeable, and easy to work with throughout the process. We have high hopes for what this will achieve, and based on the results so far, we're confident we're moving in the right direction. Excellent service and highly recommended.

I cannot recommend Will at Fiscal Flow highly enough. From start to finish, the experience has been seamless. Will is an absolute standout when it comes to communication. He is responsive, proactive, and genuinely invested in the success of the project. I never felt left in the dark; he kept me updated at every stage and was always available to answer questions with clarity and patience. The app and website interface are incredibly intuitive and easy to use. Transitioning to a new system can be daunting, but the instructional videos provided are top-tier—short, clear, and they make the learning curve practically non-existent. The website Will created for me is, quite frankly, absolutely phenomenal. It looks professional, runs fast, and perfectly captures my brand. Furthermore, the Lead Connector is a game-changer. It is remarkably simple to use and is already generating high-quality traffic and leads for my business. If you're looking for someone who delivers high-end results with a stress-free process, look no further than Will. Five stars all the way!

What you get

Three parts, built as one system

The site, the search architecture behind it and the follow-up in front of it. Built together, because a site without the other two produces very little.

01

A site structured to convert

Visitors reach a page that addresses the exact service or sector they searched for, with one clear next step on it. Niall at OD Accountants had his site rebuilt around conversion rather than content, and saw monthly visitors rise four times over with ten to fifteen enquiries in the first month.

Web build
02

Search architecture from day one

Page structure, internal linking and service pages are mapped against real search volume before anything is designed. Prads at Wings Online Filings went from five to seven enquiries a month to fifteen to sixteen, and nine new clients, in the first two and a half months on this system.

SEO
03

Enquiries that follow themselves up

Every form submission is screened, scored and pushed into the CRM with automatic follow-up, so nothing sits unread. Annabel has enquiries screened automatically, so her calendar only carries higher value opportunities.

Sceptical At First, Clear ROI Since

“Will has been great since day 1 - clearly explaining his services, how the software works etc. and has responded quickly to any queries I have had. Since starting with Fiscal Flow last year, we have now seen a few clients added to our portfolio, with one of them being £250 + VAT per month, producing a great ROI. We haven't used any real advertising methods/software before (other than google ads) so i was sceptical - but really happy with how things have been going. I have now signed up for the CRM software/SEO side of things with Will and look forward to how this goes!”

Why this rather than a general agency

Built for practices, not for everyone

A general web agency will ask what your firm does. We start from the position that we already know, and from data on what your market is searching for.

📊

Niche chosen from data

We combine national business registry data with Google search data to find which sectors in your area have demand and thin competition. The site is then built around that position rather than around a general services list. You get a reason for every page before a single one is designed.

🧾

No explaining how practices work

Onboarding friction, engagement letters, AML checks and the difference between a compliance client and an advisory client are already understood here. We work exclusively with accounting and CPA firms, 40+ of them since 2024. You will not spend the first two calls describing your own business.

🔗

The site plugs into your workflow

Enquiries do not stop at a contact form. They are screened, routed and followed up through CRM automation and digital onboarding workflows that sit alongside your existing practice software, so a new client can be signed up without extra admin hours.

Getting started

Four steps to a working site

Most of the work sits on our side. Your involvement is concentrated into two short sessions and a review at the end.

1

Answer the qualification quiz

Six questions about your firm, your current site and where your clients come from now. If the system is not a fit, we will say so on the spot rather than book a call.

2

Niche and demand review

We analyse registry and search data for your market and come back with the sectors worth positioning around. You see the reasoning and the numbers before anything is committed to.

3

We build, you review

Structure, copy, page architecture and CRM setup are handled here. You review a staging site and give feedback in one session rather than a long email chain.

4

Enquiries arrive already screened

The site goes live with tracking and follow-up running from day one. Enquiries reach your diary already qualified, so the calls you take are the ones worth taking.

“We've been genuinely impressed with Fiscal Flow. As an accountancy practice, we wanted a partner who understood our sector, and they've delivered on that from day one. What stands out most is how responsive and proactive the team is. Queries are dealt with quickly, and they regularly come to us with suggestions and improvements before we've even thought to ask. That kind of forward-thinking support is rare and makes a real difference to a busy practice. The service itself has been excellent throughout, and we're very happy with the results. Highly recommended to any accounting firm looking for a marketing partner who actually delivers.”

An honest filter

Not worth it if

This works for a specific type of practice. If any of the following describes you, the quiz will waste your time.

  • You want a design refresh only, with no change to structure or positioning
  • Your practice has no capacity to take on new clients this year
  • You are unwilling to position around any niche and want to stay general
  • You expect enquiries within days rather than over the first quarter

If you are at capacity now but expect to hire in the next six months, come back when the hiring decision is made. The build works better when there is room to absorb the work.

Questions

The questions firms usually ask

Why do most accounting firm websites generate so few enquiries?+

They are built as brochures, so they rank for the firm name and very little else, and every service page reads the same. A buyer searching for help with a specific problem finds nothing addressing that problem. Structure, page architecture and positioning fix more of this than a redesign does.

What is the qualification quiz, and what happens after it?+

It is six questions about your firm, your current site and where clients currently come from. If the answers suggest the system is not a fit, we tell you that instead of booking a call. If it is a fit, you get a call with Will Pettifor, who does the strategy work directly rather than passing you to an account manager.

Does this work for a firm of our size, or are we too small?+

The system is built for accounting and CPA firms with 2 to 20 staff. Below that, there is rarely capacity to absorb new client volume. If you are moving from an existing site or an existing agency, the build works around what is already there rather than requiring you to scrap it first.

Are we locked into a contract?+

No long-term contract. The arrangement is fixed monthly, and if you leave you keep the site, the pages and the tracking that has been built. We would rather you stay because the enquiries justify it.

Do we keep our existing domain, branding and practice software?+

Yes. The domain stays, and the branding is carried through rather than replaced unless you want it replaced. CRM automation and onboarding workflows are set up to sit alongside the practice software you already use.

How long before the site produces enquiries?+

Paid acquisition can produce enquiries as soon as it is switched on. Search takes longer and compounds. Prads at Wings Online Filings moved from five to seven enquiries a month to fifteen to sixteen, with nine new clients, across the first two and a half months, which is a realistic shape for what happens rather than a promise about your firm.

Before you close the tab

A site that earns its place, or one that sits there

Six questions tell us whether your firm has the search demand and the capacity for this to work. If it does not, you will hear that rather than a pitch.
